Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician II to join Canon Solutions America, Inc., a leading innovator in technology solutions. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures of Canon-supported products. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional operational, maintenance, and networking support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair designated equipment to Canon standards.
  • Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups for troubleshooting.
  • Deliver efficient and accurate on-site maintenance services.
  • Provide direction and technical solutions to less experienced technicians.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Basic understanding of internet environments.
  • Ability to travel and lift 50 pounds.
  • Compliance with customer policies, including COVID-19 measures.
