Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Field Service Technician to join our team at KRC Machine Tool Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and operating CNC machine tools, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and providing exceptional technical support.
Responsibilities
- Dismantle and prepare machines for shipment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair major machine tool problems.
- Train customers on CNC control systems.
- Travel to customer facilities for service calls.
- Keep work area organized and maintain equipment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine tool field service.
- Associate degree in electronic engineering or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and CNC controls.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
