Job Description

Canon Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of technical Digital Service Specialists in servicing and supporting the company's technology-based solutions. As a leader in the field service department, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team servicing specific business system products and services within a territory or assigned accounts.
  • Lead the selection, training, and development of technical representatives.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Manage warehousing processes related to merchandise and inventory.
  • Educate the team on new technology in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 7 years of related experience.
  • Service management experience in the technology industry.
  • Hands-on field technical experience with digital and electromechanical technology.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
