As a Family Nurse Practitioner with Fast Pace Health, you will lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, maintain behavior compliant with regulations, implement clinical protocols, interpret diagnostic information, prescribe medication, perform therapeutic procedures, and consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Additionally, you will adhere to the company's core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance for quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
• Implement clinical protocols and maintain behavior compliant with regulations and guidelines.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Adhere to the company's core values and standards of operations.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees and consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
• Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
