Facilities Specialist II

Overview

This position is responsible for managing routine and non-routine maintenance needs for designated credit union facilities. The role involves ensuring a safe, comfortable, and inspiring environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and promote the credit union's core values and service standards
• Respond to facility work requests to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Demonstrate mechanical skills and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Support vendors and provide expertise on building design and systems
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Mechanical aptitude and physical ability to perform tasks
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and safety-conscious
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovation mindset
• Report to Regional Facilities Coordinator
