Equipment Operator

Job Description

Elwood Staffing is seeking experienced and motivated Equipment Operators to join the largest energy provider in the world. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for developing a working knowledge of major pumping equipment components, driving specialized company equipment, and operating assigned bulk and auxiliary equipment during treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a working knowledge of the major components of pumping equipment.
• Drive specialized company equipment to and from service jobs, following accepted company convoy procedures.
• Spot equipment into position; rig up treating lines, hoses, wellhead connections, etc., to trucks, tanks, and wells, according to company location safety standards.
• Operate assigned bulk and auxiliary equipment during treatment, recognize equipment malfunctions, and correct them as necessary or report them.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL.
• Clean MVR.
• Computer skills.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check.
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
