Salary: $87,000 - $197,700/year
Job Summary: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Energy Team is seeking a skilled Energy Development Manager, Grid Analytics to lead transmission planning activities for renewable energy projects and power supply opportunities for data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain transmission planning and generation interconnection models
- Manage datasets and key indicators for effective business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate transmission constraints
- Conduct power flow studies for non-wires alternative solutions
- Support due diligence assessments on power connection options
- Facilitate internal and external meetings and manage consultants
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies in infrastructure
- Experience with infrastructure builds
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Transmission planning and Generation Interconnection studies
