Job Description

We are hiring an Employee Success Associate at Larkin Benefit Administrators. As a crucial team member, you will manage leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with state and federal leave laws. This role demands exceptional customer service and communication skills, adaptability, and efficient coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Administer leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients according to policies and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and employees.
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists to ensure timely claim adjudication.
  • Maintain accurate employee leave and ADA files.
  • Participate in client meetings and training programs as needed.
  • Expected to work full-time in the office with potential for a hybrid schedule after six months based on performance.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree.
  • Proficient in MS Word and strong typing skills.
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy.

Compensation

Competitive salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually.
