Job Title: Electrical Maintenance

Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is a leading supplier of iron castings committed to innovation and product quality. We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional to join our state-of-the-art facility. This role involves electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, equipment repairs, and supporting special projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete safety training and comply with safety guidelines.
- Participate in housekeeping programs.
- Utilize process control documents and work instructions.
- Make electrical adjustments to machinery for efficient operations.
- Perform conduit/wiring, troubleshooting, machine repair, and panel building.
Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Associate's degree in Electrical or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in electrical skills like conduit bending, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Education/Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
- Associate's Degree in Electrical, Military, or Industrial field is desirable.
- Selected candidates must complete interviews, tests, and screenings.
