Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated District Manager to oversee and manage a regional territory of retail service merchandisers. As the District Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and maintaining excellent communication with retail merchandisers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to retail merchandisers, serving as the primary company contact.
  • Monitor project completions in the assigned region, ensuring timely coverage of all account calls to meet monthly completion goals.
  • Communicate work assignments, project expectations, and respond to inquiries from the Account Management team.
  • Consult with the Operations Director on issues related to Service Representatives' performance and policy adherence.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures, documenting all communications with retail merchandisers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Internet-related applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, resolving problems and making decisions under pressure.
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of demonstrating initiative and creativity.
