Job Description

As the Director of Customer Development at CROSSMARK, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue opportunities through innovative strategies. You will lead a team to maintain positive business relations while exploring new avenues for business expansion beyond traditional services.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all retailer P&L controllable items, including revenue and expenses.
  • Provide leadership to team members, fostering a growth-oriented and positive work environment.
  • Deliver growth for CROSSMARK HQ clients exceeding that of the serviced retailer.
  • Manage business relations with the retailer, seeking additional revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Implement client plans effectively to drive maximum value.
