Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team at Charter Senior Living. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a key role in delivering food services to our residents, ensuring they receive high-quality and consistent service in line with our company standards. Responsibilities
- Get to know residents in your assigned group and provide personalized service.
- Assist residents with their food and beverage needs.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and assist with daily cleaning duties.
- Set up dining tables and service stations for meals.
- Handle resident concerns and complaints with professionalism and care.
Requirements
- Compassion for the elderly.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Physical ability to lift at least 30 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Pass a background check.
