Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize shelves
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory issues, and store operations
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Follow company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Skills to operate store equipment safely and effectively
  • Capability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
