Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
