Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Business Team Lead to join CROSSMARK. As a pivotal member of our team, you will leverage your knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and shopper insights to drive sales and business growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for the retailer's leadership, leading with professionalism and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all elements of retailer P&L, including revenue, payroll, and expenses.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members on business strategies and ethical standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with retailers to enhance client satisfaction and business performance.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategic plans to promote brands effectively and drive revenue growth.
  • Communicate with clients and customers to understand their goals and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 10 years of experience in the CPG industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and communication techniques.
  • Ability to travel within the US for business meetings as necessary.
