Join our team as a Customer Accounts Advisor, where you will act as a coach to customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals. This is an opportunity to build lasting relationships and help customers achieve ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customers' accounts, including documentation of payment appointments.
  • Contact customers for lease agreement renewals both in-home visits and over the phone.
  • Persuade customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewals.
  • Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
  • Handle merchandise returns and deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain vehicle and route sheets, operate company vehicles safely.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and support management directives.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License in the US; 18 years old in Canada.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and proper telephone etiquette.
