Custodial Supervisor (FT)

Job Description

The Custodial Supervisor at Boise Centre plays a vital role in ensuring the facility is well-maintained and that cleaning services are provided efficiently. Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Custodial Supervisor leads the custodial team in daily cleaning operations, emphasizing the importance of high-quality standards and exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising, delegating tasks, monitoring cleaning operations, maintaining inventory, ensuring facility safety, and responding to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, leads, motivates, and holds custodial team members accountable.
• Delegates and assigns daily work to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Monitors cleaning operations, inventory of supplies, and building or equipment repairs.
• Performs routine custodial tasks and ensures adequate supply levels.
• Responds to emergency situations, ensures policies and procedures are followed, and assists with various duties.
