Job Description

Chevron is seeking a talented Corrosion Representative to join the Central Area Operations team in Monahans, TX. This role involves managing a significant Chemical and Corrosion program, supporting artificial lift systems, and overseeing chemical treatment optimization during production. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in flow assurance and must be available 24/7 to support operations. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including chemical vendors, to ensure program success and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship to Production Specialist Chemical.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize chemical treatments at wells and facilities.
  • Act as the primary interface for flow assurance matters between different teams.
  • Develop and execute specialty chemical jobs.
  • Manage multiple chemical vendors and ensure service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of oil & gas production, corrosion mechanisms, and chemical program design.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing field operations and contractors.
  • Financial acumen.

Relocation and International Considerations
