Job Description

Canon Solutions America, Inc. is currently looking for a Client Service Rep-I to join our team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments related to mail room services and shipping & receiving.

Responsibilities

Mail/Courier Services:

  • Receive, sort, deliver, and process courier items, interoffice mail, and USPS mail.
  • Track courier and accountable items.
  • Respond to customer requests and perform routine equipment upkeep.

Shipping/Receiving:

  • Ship and receive incoming/outgoing packages, materials, or products.
  • Verify and maintain shipment records.
  • Operate shipping/receiving equipment and maintain inventory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and spend extended periods standing, bending, and walking.
