Job Description
Canon Solutions America, Inc. is currently looking for a Client Service Rep-I to join our team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments related to mail room services and shipping & receiving.
Responsibilities
Mail/Courier Services:
- Receive, sort, deliver, and process courier items, interoffice mail, and USPS mail.
- Track courier and accountable items.
- Respond to customer requests and perform routine equipment upkeep.
Shipping/Receiving:
- Ship and receive incoming/outgoing packages, materials, or products.
- Verify and maintain shipment records.
- Operate shipping/receiving equipment and maintain inventory.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and spend extended periods standing, bending, and walking.
