Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Support participants in personal hygiene and address complex needs and behavioral challenges.
• Foster community integration and facilitate participation in preferred activities.
• Utilize effective communication, adaptability, and teamwork to provide quality care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must possess a valid Driver's license and have access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
• Demonstrated skills in communication, multi-tasking, and time-management.
• Behaviors of patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility are essential.
