Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professional Caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives and participate in their communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Develop meaningful relationships and support participants in achieving their developmental goals.
• Provide companionship and promote social engagement.
• Help participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid Standard Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
