In this role, you will provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and behavioral challenges.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Engage participants in community activities and promote social inclusion.
• Collaborate with supervisors and healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of participants.

Requirements

• No High School Diploma required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
