Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sevita as Direct Support Professional Caregivers. As part of our mission-driven team, you will be providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living skills, supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans, and helping individuals live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Transportation and support for community outings, medical appointments, and shopping.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication administration.
• Provide guidance on developmental goals and living skills.
• Support personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clear background checks.
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality care.
