Job Description
We are looking for a Building Enclosure Technician to join our innovative team at Building Enclosure Science (BES). As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in conducting building system forensic investigations, documenting field conditions, and supporting quality control inspections on job sites. Responsibilities
- Assist with building system forensic investigations and testing.
- Document field conditions and inspections using digital photography.
- Coordinate services with internal and external experts to support project work.
- Draft reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Assist with project budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
- Provide quality assurance services during construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and contractors.
