Job Description
Match Education is seeking Building Based Educators (BBEs) to join our team at Match Charter Public School. As a Building Based Educator, you will have the opportunity to substitute in classes, support students, and contribute to the academic and behavioral growth of our diverse student body.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom instruction or support in multiple grade levels and subject areas.
- Assist with school programming and student supervision during non-instructional time.
- Uphold high academic and behavioral expectations for students.
- Participate actively in coaching and professional development programs.
- Serve as a positive and collaborative member of the school community.
Compensation
Hourly rate: $24.99/hour (higher for candidates with relevant experience).
Location
Positions available at all three Match campuses: Elementary in Hyde Park, Middle School in Jamaica Plain, and High School in Brighton.
Hours: 7am-4:30pm.
