Job Description
The DoubleTree by Hilton Midlothian is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to join our team!
Sign-on bonus and Hilton travel discounts!
Food & Beverage and Banquet experience required.
Responsibilities
- Performs all aspects of banquet functions including planning, organization, set up, and communication with clients.
- Must have an understanding of banquet event orders and how to read and implement them.
- Flexibility to work various schedules including day/night/weekends.
- Guides, directs, and motivates the banquet team.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Experience in a restaurant or bar.
- Knowledge and understanding of ABC laws.
- 1-2 years of hotel experience preferred.
- Cash handling knowledge required.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data.
- Computer skills.
