As the Analytics Manager, you will lead data-driven decision-making processes, optimize digital marketing strategies, and ensure online success. This role, based in Boston, Massachusetts, offers a hybrid work schedule.


  • Provide actionable insights through in-depth analysis of site experience data, customer journeys, and audience segmentation.
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, and funnel analysis for brand platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities to monitor trends and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a thought partner for establishing an Insights foundation rooted in experience analytics.


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technology or quantitative field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, and site optimization.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with digital media, performance marketing, and paid search.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
