Job Description
Bishop Gadsden, a renowned retirement community, is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Eliza's Attic Thrift Boutique. This part-time role involves coordinating store operations, sales, and social media management. Working closely with the Attic Manager, the Sales Coordinator will ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and assist in sales/cash register activities.
- Manage store pricing, item display, and optimize marketing strategies on social media.
- Schedule donation pickups and handle merchandise transport.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS software.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior retail experience and knowledge of antiques are advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
