A one hour and twenty six minutes of alternating circuit and test training will greet you on the seventh segment; another 55 minutes of alternating plyo workouts on the eight; 65 minutes of cardio abs and conditioning ninth; and slows down on the last 47 minute segment in preparation for the next round.
