Insanity Workout Schedule Nothing is Saner than Insanity

Insanity is the toughest exercise on the planet today. One of its requirements is for you to have a body which is up to it. And most of all, you need the mental discipline and capacity to do it. Insanity workout schedule, a 60 day killer routine, is for those who are physically and mentally prepared for it.

The exercise lasts for less than an hour a day but it’ll really test your stamina. From day one, you’re already at the maximum phase. It’s business as usual right away. Every muscle in your body is tested immediately and if you feel you can’t take it, you better get out while you can. There are no exercise equipments; you depend only on your body and gravity. What you feel is the sweat pouring out from every pore of your skin and creating a pool right in front of you.

The cardio, plyo, and the core exercises will remove all the fats out of your body and what’ll remain are the structural lipids that needed to protect some organs of the body like the brain, which is almost all fats. Fats also protect our bodies from cold weather.

You would think that the first 30 days are the toughest part of the exercise. Nothing is farther from the truth. After a one day lull, you’ll be treated to a longer and more intense exercise for the next 30 days, more cardio and core exercises. No more rests and water breaks. You have to follow the workouts religiously in order to get the body that you aspire for.

What kind of people who would pay and torture their bodies? It’s really on how you look at it. Your perspective of the workout will spell your failure or success. The Insanity workout schedule may look very difficult but if you inject fun to it, it becomes enjoyable. An exercise is not only successful because of the result it brings afterward, but it is also the method of doing it that makes it bearable.

Do the exercise with friends and encourage each other. The exercise is better than any losing weight tips that you may be advocating now. Get on the groove and enjoy. Don’t let your laziness get the best out of you. No more excuses from you this time.
