Mobile Fleet Service Technician with Deaton Fleet!

Job Description

We are looking for a Mobile Fleet Service Technician to join our team at Deaton Fleet Solutions! As a member of our dynamic and family-oriented company, you will play a crucial role in performing essential maintenance tasks on semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components. Responsibilities

• Conduct essential maintenance, including DOT inspections on fleet vehicles.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and intermediate repair work on vehicles and equipment.
• Respond to disabled vehicles in the field, troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical/electrical problems.
• Maintain work areas, dispense essential fluids, and complete required forms accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 2+ years of verified fleet repair experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, basic computer skills, and follow instructions effectively.
• Experience with welding, Class A CDL, or a High School Diploma is a plus.
