Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining a well-stocked and clean store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
