Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising store activities, optimizing performance, managing schedules, and fostering team growth through training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
- Identify and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Ensure inventory procedures and product handling guidelines are followed.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding of retail management principles.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
