1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team is responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure our customers have access to quality goods. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, this part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain the warehouse's appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, report quality concerns, and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in various temperatures.
